You should identify and critically analyze factors contributing to the unhealthy behavior you were attempting to change. Discuss how conditions associated with the behavior could be prevented, detected, and controlled- at the individual and population levels. Identify which behavior change strategies/techniques worked well for you and which did not.
You should identify and explain specific concepts and principles of the behavior change process that can be applied to specific future behavior changes you may consider making. Describe how this may align with a responsibility, goal, or objective of a key public health stakeholder.
You should critically analyze and clearly apply a theory (or theories) of behavior change in general, and its’ specific constructs to your personal situation and behavior change attempt, using correct terminology to explain your specific experience. You should also include some discussion regarding the impact of knowledge, skill, attitude, socioeconomic environment, and culture on health.
Finally, include a copy of your daily behavior change logs as Appendix A. ( Make this up) Behavior change with bettering my sleeping habits
