Section 5205 initiates an Allied Health Loan Forgiveness Program to ensure that there is an adequate supply of allied health professionals. This program was created in hopes to eliminate workforce shortages at public health agencies, acute care facilities, ambulatory care facilities, and other underserved health facilities.
